How to Register for Workshops

  1. All workshops require pre-registration. Registrations must include your signature and must be postmarked no later than ten days before the training you wish to attend. This gives staff time to prepare workshop packets for each presenter in a timely manner.

  2. A separate check is required for each workshop you select. Separate checks help speed processing if one of the workshops you choose is full.

  3. Print your name neatly on your registration form to ensure that it will be spelled correctly on your certificate.

  4. For weather cancellations, please call (401) 721-6400.

  5. A confirmation letter will be mailed to you seven to ten days prior to the workshop date.

  6. Remember, most workshops fill quickly. If you are not pre-registered, you cannot attend the class. There will be no exceptions.

  7. All CHILDSPAN trainings are intended for adults. No children will be admitted;
    no exceptions will be made. Your cooperation is appreciated.

  8. Following CHILDSPAN policies and registration procedures prevents disappointment and helps assure a quality professional development experience for all.

**Workshop fees are not refundable or transferable to another workshop. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may send someone in your place. Call Jessica at (401) 721-6401 to let her know the name of your substitute.

Please include with your registration any special accommodations you may require, or call Jessica at (401) 721-6401 no later than two weeks before the workshop you wish to attend.
